Roberto’s Deli
Roberto’s Deli is a considered evolution of a long-standing local business—bringing together butcher shop design, deli design and hospitality interiors within a refined yet familiar environment. Engaged as part of a wider commercial fit-out for Campisi Butchery in South West Sydney, the focus was on reworking the existing butcher and creating a seamless connection through to the new deli space. The design approach was grounded in authenticity, ensuring the space still felt recognisable to its loyal customers while introducing a more elevated retail experience. Drawing on principles of heritage-led and brand-aligned interior design, the palette was informed by colours already associated with the business, helping maintain a strong sense of familiarity. Thoughtful material selections, refined service counter design and a more open layout support the rhythm of day-to-day trade while enhancing the overall customer experience. A refined approach to food retail design and small business interiors—thoughtfully resolved for modern use.
